Kajsa Ollongren, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and Kingdom Relations of the Netherlands, will participate in a panel discussion on democracy in the digital age at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace on February 12, 2019.

The event, “Resilient Democracy in the Digital World,” will explore how governments and the private sector can work to strengthen democracy and democratic institutions on both sides of the Atlantic in the aftermath of campaigns to compromise democratic elections.

The Deputy Prime Minister joins Denis McDonough, senior fellow at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace; Matthew Travis, deputy director of the Department of Homeland Security; and Thomas Rid, professor at Johns Hopkins University. Suzanne Kelly, CEO of Cipher Brief, will moderate the discussion.
