The Embassy of Kingdom of the Netherlands is working with the MLK Jr. Memorial Library in Washington, D.C. to organize a digital film screening of the documentary, “Invisible Warriors: African American Women in World War II.”

The screening will take place at 2 p.m., Sunday, March 21, which is National Rosie the Riveter Day.

The documentary tells the story of some of the African American women who worked as Rosie the Riveters during World War II. Ambassador André Haspels will make welcoming remarks.
