Holland Food Valley, a consortium of Dutch food companies that promotes the Netherlands’ agrifood industry, is celebrating its 10th anniversary of IFT Food Expo participation by showcasing the latest Dutch food innovations in a Tasting House at 3:30 p.m. Monday, July 18, in booths 2012, 2015, and 2018 of the expo floor.

Some of the items on the menu include algae-based pasta topped with algae pesto; salsa prepared with a natural flavor enhancer and sodium reduction ingredient; high-protein chocolate brownie; a 2 Michelin star green asparagus burger, low sodium potato chips; and more. See the full program.

The Tasting House, shaped like an old-fashioned Amsterdam canal house, will be the backdrop for chef Erik te Velthuis, Elite Sports Restaurant | High Performance Centre Papendal to serve innovative tidbits.
